William House came over from England as a crewmember on a ship. Very little is known about him except that he was a nearly settler at Glastonbury, Conn. He died in an attack on Deerfield, Conn during the French and Indian Wars according to one record, and the other says he died in Glastonbury.
Very little exists on the parentage of William, but one very learned source, Ruth Verbridge, thought that his parents were John House (also spelled Howse) and Agnes Pinney. John Howse was christened on March 5, 1586, and was buried Febuary 4, 1639/40 in Matacute, Somersetshire, England. He Married Agnes Pinney in 1617 or 1618 in Hardington/Mandeville, Somersetshire, England. They did give birth to a William House in Broadway, Somersetshire, England. This may or may not be him as a data has never been found.
Agnes Pinney's parents were John Pinney who died after 1633, and Hogane Harkings. John's Father was William Pinney, Born 1525 in Broadway, Somersetshire, England. Hogane Hawkings' father was Thaomas Hawkings.
John Howse's father may be Reverand John Howse, son of Thomas Hulse and Ann Hinton, son of Phillip Hulse and Margery Corbett. This is all spectulation though.
